Bees make honey from floral nectar or honeydew via regurgitation, enzymatic activity, and water evaporation. Humans frequently make and eat honey, which is kept in wax structures known as honeycombs. The article investigates the use of honey to promote overall well-being and flourishing, with a focus on bears. en_US
