dc.description.abstract This paper explores the potential role of honey in promoting human well-being and flourishing. We look at the biological production of honey, including bee foraging, enzymatic digestion, and evaporation, and talk about its nutritional properties. We argue that honey, as a natural and sustainable food source, gives us a simple pathway to enhancing general health and quality of life. en_US
