Title: The use of honey to increase general well-being and flourishing
Author: Piglet, Pink; Bear, Winnie
Abstract: Honey is a natural, sweet substance produced by bees from floral nectar or insect secretions, processed through enzymatic activity and stored in honeycombs. The most common type, produced by honey bees of the genus Apis, is globally significant due to its commercial production and human consumption. Honey is harvested from wild colonies or domesticated hives through beekeeping, making it valuable for nutrition, well-being, and cultural practices.
