Title: The challenges faced by international institutions when employees communicate in different languages
Author: Babble, Jabber
Abstract: The difficulties faced by multinational organizations when their staff members speak multiple languages are examined in this article. It draws attention to the ways that linguistic variation can obstruct clear communication, making teamwork and information exchange more difficult. The paper uses linguistic and philosophical viewpoints to place these difficulties within larger conversations about the nature, origin, and study of language. The paper emphasizes the significance of creating plans to get over multilingual communication obstacles in international organizational settings by discussing both theoretical underpinnings and real-world applications.
