Abstract:
|
In the workplace, language plays a critical role in communication. Employees in multinational organisations frequently speak different languages and come from many nations. Communication issues like misconceptions, confusion, trouble sharing information, and issues with teamwork may result from this. The article explores the difficulties that multinational organisations encounter when staff members speak multiple languages. It focuses on how cooperation and communication at work might be impacted by language limitations. The adoption of a common working language, translation services, and language training are some of the potential strategies for enhancing communication that are highlighted in the report. Employees who communicate effectively can better understand one another and collaborate more effectively. |
