Abstract: This article looks at different ways honey can help people improve their health and well-being. Honey is produced by bees through a process of collecting nectar, enzymatic activity and storing it in their honeycombs. This study explores the reasons as to why honey the properties honey possess have a positive impact on both mental and physical health.
