Abstract:
|
Honey is a sweet, viscous food substance made by honey bees and some related insects. Bees produce honey from nectar or honeydew through regurgitation, enzymatic activity, and evaporation, storing it in honeycombs. Widely consumed by humans and essential for bee survival, honey supports metabolism and serves as a long-term food source. This article explores its role in increasing general well-being and flourishing. |
