Abstract:

Honey is a sweet, viscous food substance produced by honey bees from floral nectar or honeydew through regurgitation, enzymatic activity, and water evaporation, and is stored in wax honeycombs. The commercially important variety comes from the genus Apis and is harvested either from wild colonies or through domesticated beekeeping. |
