Title: The use of honey to increase general well-being and flourishing
Author: Piglet, Pink; Bear, Winnie
Abstract: Honey is a thick, sweet substance produced by honey bees and a few related insect species. Bees make it by gathering nectar from flowers (or honeydew from other insects) and then processing it through regurgitation, enzyme activity, and evaporation, before storing it in honeycombs made of wax. The honey produced by honey bees is the most familiar type, largely because it's harvested and sold commercially on a global scale. People obtain honey either from wild bee colonies or from managed hives, a practice known as beekeeping.
